Seven Nordic projects are working on uniting and strengthen efforts to develop a Nordic ecosystem for health innovation. In June 2014, Nordic Innovation launched a NOK 25 million call for proposals for innovative Nordic health and welfare.
AAL has launched a competition to find the best innovation to improve the quality of life for older people using the Internet of Things, with a €50,000 cash prize for the winner. The winner will be announced from a shortlist of fifteen finalists at the AAL Forum in St Gallen, Switzerland in September 2016.
The AAL-programme is hosting an Infoday & Consortium building event in Brussels the 6-7th March.
Registration for the event must be made by the 1st March.
Take part in a workshop in crowdfunding
Thousands of creative professionals and cultural organisations across Europe have used crowdfunding to raise money for their projects. However, research shows that lack of awareness and understanding of crowdfunding are among the main reasons why actors in the cultural and creative sectors (CCS) do not make use of this tool. In order to overcome this information gap, Crowdfunding4Culture has been launched with the aim of bringing crowdfunding closer to CCS.
